Introducing the Scottish Citylink Discovery Stage!
by: Simon Clark
We’re excited to announce that Scottish Citylink has become the official naming partner of the newly titled Scottish Citylink Discovery Stage at Heartland Festival 2026.
Returning to Pitlochry on Saturday 27th and Sunday 28th June 2026, the Discovery Stage will once again showcase 14 emerging Scottish artists. The stage has become a key platform for up-and-coming talent, with previous acts such as Copper Lungs, Joe Goodall, David Delinquent and The IOU’s, and The Crom later progressing to the main stage.
Simon Clark, Sales & Marketing Director, said: “We are delighted to once again be working with Scottish Citylink. Their support and ongoing partnership for the Discovery Stage is a crucial part of the festival’s long-term vision.”
With hundreds of artist submissions received, the full 2026 lineup will be announced in the coming weeks.
Nicola Campbell, Head of Marketing at Scottish Citylink, added: “We’re proud to support the Discovery Stage — a great platform for emerging local talent and a space where families can enjoy discovering something new together.”
Marion McDonald, Artist Liaison, said: “Showcasing new Scottish talent has always been at the heart of this stage, and 2026 is shaping up to be another amazing year.”
Scottish Citylink offers regular services from major cities including Glasgow, Edinburgh, Perth and Inverness, making travel to Pitlochry simple and stress-free.
The festival weekend kicks off early in 2026 with ‘An Evening With Marti Pellow’ on the Friday night, featuring support from Katie Nicoll, who first appeared on the Discovery Stage in 2025. Heartland Festival 2026 is set to be our biggest and best year yet — and we can’t wait to welcome you.
