Stay With Us

For the first time, you can stay with us on-site and enjoy the full Heartland weekend from 5pm on Thursday until 12 noon on Monday.

Choose from field camping, glamping, pre-pitched tents, motorhome, campervan and tent box pitches. With showers, toilets, food and coffee available on-site, you can get settled in and make the most of up to four nights at our new home in Ballinluig.

Accommodation

Whether you’re bringing your own tent, booking one ready for your arrival or travelling in a live-in vehicle, there’s an accommodation option to suit your Heartland weekend.

Explore the choices below and find the right place for you, your family or your group.

Field Camping

Bring your own tent and settle into Heartland’s general camping area for up to four nights. Suitable for tents of all sizes, it offers an affordable way to stay close to the festival with friends and family, with convenient access to on-site pay-as-you-go showers, water refill points, toilets, food, coffee and everything happening across the weekend.

Glamping

Stay in style in the dedicated Glamping Village, provided by Heartland’s accommodation partner, Yippee Tents. Your glamping tent will be prepared before you arrive, leaving you free to settle in and relax. Guests will also have access to showers, toilets, water refill points, a charging tent and powder room facilities throughout their stay. (included in the price)

Motorhomes

Bring your motorhome and make Heartland your base for the entire long weekend. Dedicated pitches provide a convenient option for those who prefer travelling with their own familiar accommodation and facilities. Arrive from Thursday evening (after 5pm), get comfortably settled and enjoy the festival before departing on Monday. Electric hook-ups are not available.

Campervans

Travel to Heartland in your campervan and enjoy the freedom of having your own accommodation with you throughout the weekend. Dedicated pitches will be available within the live-in vehicle area, keeping you close to the festival and on-site facilities while providing a comfortable place to return to at the end of each day. Electric hook-ups are not available.

Pre-Pitched

Enjoy camping without having to transport or pitch your own tent. Choose between a two-person mini bell tent or a larger polyester tent for up to eight people. Your chosen tent will be ready when you arrive, with optional air-beds available to add through our accommodation partner, Yippee Tents.

Tent Boxes

Travelling with a TentBox fitted to your vehicle? A dedicated pitch allows you to arrive, set up quickly and start enjoying the Heartland weekend. It’s a practical option for those who want the experience of staying on-site without bringing a traditional tent, motorhome or campervan. Electric hook-ups are not available.
