GENERAL FAQs
Yes. For the very first time, we can offer various accommodation options including field camping. We also have pre-pitched tents and glamping available. You can book your camping pitch here.

No. This is an outdoor festival.
Yes you can. When you arrive, you will be provided with a specific wristband depending on your ticket which you will need to show upon re-entry as well as going through security and a bag search upon re-entry. The same rules apply regarding re-entry with food and drink.
Unfortunately, there are no public WiFi services available.
Yes, there will be a site map available for you to download along with our 2027 Festival Guide. Please ensure you either subscribe for email notifications here for follow us on Facebook.
Yes. There will be baby changing facilities on-site.
Yes you can. Dogs are very welcome as long as they are kept on a lead at all times, well-behaved, avoid the stalls and food vendors, and you clear up after them. There are water points on-site to help keep your dog hydrated.
Yes. We welcome you to bring a chair to make yourself as comfortable as possible. We do not allow tents or windbreakers into the festival arena.
No. Only persons with permission from the event management team are permitted to use drones for photography and videography.

At present, both cash and card are accepted by all vendors. This may be subject to change. Please ensure you are following us for any relevant updates.
Yes. You are welcome to bring your own camera to the festival. Please note, only those with a media accreditation will be permitted to enter the pit area for photos.
Yes. You can buy both Heartland merchandise and artists merchandise at the festival. Please ensure you are following us for any updates.
We would recommend you do bring some form of Identification with you for proof of age. All of our bars will be adopting a 'Challenge 25' policy.
Please contact the nearest security person or volunteer who will be able to assist you.
You will be able to locate the first aid area near the main entrance. If you require first aid, please speak to a member of the security team or one of our volunteers.
Yes. Festival trolleys are welcomed and will also be searched by our security team upon arrival to the festival arena.
ACCOMMODATION
Yes. Please ensure they are well-behaved and kept on a lead at all times.
Yes. We will be providing pay-as-you-go showering facilities in the main camping area. This is included in the price if you are glamping.
We are delighted to have partnered with Yippee Tents who provide a full glamping experience for you. For more details, visit their website here. Pre-pitched are also available.
There will be a dedicated car park for anyone who is staying with us on-site. Parking for one car is included in your accommodation ticket. Any additional parking tickets can be purchased here online.
You are welcome to arrive on the Thursday evening from 5pm to get set up for the weekend. We kindly ask everyone to be away from the site by Midday on the Monday
Yes you can.
Sleeping in awnings is not permitted for health and safety reasons.

ACCESSIBilty
Everything is on one level in the event arena although please note that the festival is located on a field and, depending on adverse conditions, the area may become difficult to navigate. We also have accessible toilets on-site along with an accessible viewing area.
Yes. Please go to our ticketing page and purchase your own ticket first. Our confirmation email will have more instructions on your next steps in applying for a carer/companion ticket. Once your details have been validated, an additional ticket will be sent to you.
You can read more information regarding this on our ticketing page. Once you have purchased your ticket/s, please read the conformation email as this will have the necessary instructions to secure your accessible viewing area ticket. There is only space for one carer/companion and one festivalgoer. These spaces are limited.
Yes we do and this will be signposted upon arrival. Please ensure the Blue Badge is displayed inside the vehicle at all times.
TICKETING
Yes, all children must have a ticket and be accompanied by an adult.
In the first instance, please go back to our ticketing page and click on the link which says 'Manage Tickets'. Please adhere to the following instructions. On the day, you are welcome to visit our box office. From time-to-time, emails can land in a junk or spam folder. Please check there before contacting us.
Whilst this is not essential as we can scan your ticket from your phone, we recommend you do so in case of any technical issues arising. If there are any questions relating to your ticket on the day, you are welcome to visit our Box Office at the main entrance.
There are no refunds under any circumstance. Our suggestion would be for you to find someone who is interested in going to the festival to have your ticket. If there is a change of name on the ticket, please contact us here through the website to advise of the change.
We pride ourselves in being a family-friendly festival and there will be a number of attractions i.e., Ferris Wheel, Twister, Bouncy Castle adventure land, face painting and more available on-site for children to enjoy along with local community stalls.
The only place you can buy tickets for Heartland is on our website, unless they have been listed on a verified reselling website. Please be cautious with anyone selling any tickets to Heartland either online or through social media.
We firmly believe that everyone who attends Heartland is VIP. Therefore, we do not have any dedicated areas for this.
Yes. When you proceed to checkout, you have the option to use Klarna to create a payment plan. Here's the link to our ticketing page.
LINEUP & ARTISTS
You can see the full lineup for both the Main Stage and Scottish Citylink Discovery Stage here.
Unless we have announced an update on this, unfortunately we do not offer any meet and greets.
Stage times for both stages will be released as the festival draws closer. This information will be posted online and through our social media channels.
Our schedule does not allow for any crossover of stages. When one artists finishes, the next artist will be ready to perform on the alternative stage.
Unfortunately this will not be possible unless you have a designated pass.
Yes. We won't be able to confirm which artists will be bringing merchandise with them to sell on the day.
FOOD & DRINK
We have a wide range of food vendors available for you to choose from. We also have food vendors who will be able to cater for a variety of dietary requirements.
Please ensure you read our event terms and conditions here for permitted food and drink.
For your information, bags will be checked by our security team upon entrance and any food/drink will be removed. You are allowed to bring in a SEALED water bottle. Any bottles which are unsealed will be confiscated at the gate. We have a wide range of food vendors on site providing food to suit a variety of dietary requirements. If you require specific food/drink for medical reasons, you will need to provide us with medical evidence in advance. For any questions, please direct them through the contact page on our website, where a member of the team will be able to assist you.
All pricing is set by our specialised vendors. However, it is our aim to ensure the pricing is kept fair for those in attendance.
Yes. You are permitted to bring a cool box with you however this will be searched upon entry. Any food or drink which is on the prohibited items list will be confiscated.
Yes. There will be a number of water points around the whole site, clearly signposted for you.
TRAVEL & PARKING
Unfortunately, this is not permitted. There are no overnight stays allowed unless in the dedicated live-in vehicles area.
Unless the festival is sold out, you will be able to buy tickets on the day for parking, accommodation and the festival. However, we would recommend purchasing your tickets in advance.
We have a separate car park for our festivalgoers which can park over 2,000 cars. Please purchase your ticket prior to arriving on the day.

Yes. There are designated points which can be located at the entrance of the festival.
Your shuttle bus pass allows you to use the shuttle bus as many times as you like across the three days.
