Following the success of our inaugural festival, the decision to bring Heartland back for a second year was an easy one. Heartland returned to Pitlochry on 28 and 29 June 2025, welcoming more than 15,000 people across the two days, including over 1,500 children.

Skerryvore delivered a fantastic headline performance on Saturday before Nathan Evans and the Saint PHNX Band brought the weekend to a memorable close on Sunday. They were joined by a strong lineup of Scottish artists who helped create another brilliant weekend of live music.

The Discovery Stage continued to play an important part in Heartland, introducing festivalgoers to some of Scotland’s most exciting emerging talent. Several of the artists who performed there in 2025 have since made the natural progression to the Heartland Main Stage.

Heartland 2025 demonstrated how far the festival had come in just one year. It was bigger and busier, but the welcoming, family-friendly atmosphere remained at the centre of the weekend and continued to shape the direction of Heartland.
