Our October 2025 Update
by: Simon Clark
It’s the first of the month, so that can only mean one thing: it’s our monthly update. Last month’s update was well-received on our social media platforms, as many of you commented that it was great to receive an update from the team on the latest developments here at Heartland.
As you know, our goal is to be as transparent as possible, and we have a few updates to share with you. Let’s get started.
Artist Announcements
Our weekend lineup is complete. We made it in the end, and September was fantastic month as we announced our full lineup, including the two headliners: Skipinnish (Saturday) and Peat & Diesel (Sunday). The response we have received to date has been excellent and very much appreciated. If you haven’t got your tickets yet, we recommend you do so. They are still at a discount from the final weekend price. There is always a risk that we may sell out, so don’t delay. Click here
There is only one announcement left to make, and that is for our Friday Night headliner. We’ve already announced Cammy Barnes, Billy Reekie and Katie Nicoll in the last few weeks. Take a look here.
We’ll be updating you on the headliner announcement in the coming weeks once we have the final confirmation of the date.
WE NEED YOUR HELP!
The support and engagement we received on our Facebook page are immense, and we love that so many of you take the time to click, comment, and share our posts. Please check that you are 100% following our page. Please click here and make sure you have clicked the ‘follow’ button.
Why? We will continue to have lots more updates for you, and we don’t want you to miss out, plus it will help us get a little bit closer to the 10k followers.
Discovery Stage
Many people have commented on how they love the fact that we have a second stage for our up-and-coming Scottish artists. Our Artist Liaison, Marion McDonald, is doing an amazing job and has been extremely busy confirming the lineup for 2026.
We have received over 500 applications from artists expressing their interest in playing at #HF26. We know it’s a massive compliment for us and recognition of the hard work which goes into putting on a wide range of live music from Scottish artists.
*Applications for 2026 are now closed.
If there are bands interested in playing in 2027, we kindly ask that you reach out to us by email in July 2026, not before.
Campsite Shuttle Buses
We are delighted to announce that the shuttle bus service for the local campsites is back! The feedback from 2025 was fantastic, and this time we have provided more buses to cope with the demand. We know these tickets are in high demand, so to give everyone the best possible chance of securing their tickets, they will be available for purchase on our website at 7 pm on Sunday 4th October 2026. Click here to read more and check out the available routes. Camping options for 2026 are also here on our website.
Ticket Sales
We are pleased to report that ticket sales are still going really well, and we’re confident that #HF26 is going to be another amazing year. Thanks to everyone who has secured their tickets for next year. We know it is still 269 days away, but we would encourage you to get your tickets sooner to ensure you don’t miss out.
Parking/Park ‘n’ Ride
We’ll have more news and an update on the car parking/park ‘n’ ride for you as soon as we have them. These things can sometimes take a little time to come to fruition — but we’re on it.
Facebook Group
If you are not a member of The Heartland Festival Facebook group, feel free to join us here. This group is growing, and we will use it to communicate further with you on various updates in the coming months.
That’s all from us for our October update. Hope we’ve helped answer any questions you may have.
Stay tuned because there is lots more exciting news and updates to follow.
