Applications for the Scottish Citylink Discovery Stage at Heartland 27 have now closed following an overwhelming response from artists.

In just five weeks, we received more than 200 applications from emerging and established artists hoping to perform across the three-day festival weekend.

We would like to thank everyone who took the time to submit an application and express an interest in joining us. Our team will now carefully review every submission before contacting the artists we would like to speak with further.

Marion McDonald, Discovery Stage Artist Liaison, said: “The response has once again been tremendous. Year after year, we receive more enquiries from artists hoping to perform at Heartland, which makes the selection process extremely difficult. We could easily fill the Discovery Stage for a full week, let alone the three days at Heartland 27.”
