We’re delighted to announce that critically acclaimed Scottish pop duo The Eves will return to Perthshire for Heartland 27, performing on the Main Stage on Sunday 27 June 2027.

Featuring Marissa Keltie and Caroline Gilmour, The Eves previously performed at Heartland in 2025. Recognised as one of the UK’s most promising pop acts and songwriting duos, they are known for their stand-out brand of harmonic, melodic pop.

The duo have received widespread radio support with singles including “We’re On Fire”, “Big Love” and “Brand New Day”. Their music has been played on BBC Radio 2, BBC Radio Scotland and BBC Introducing, as well as regional and online stations across the UK and Ireland.

Their self-penned single “Brand New Day” spent five weeks on the BBC Radio 2 playlist and was named Single of the Week by BBC Radio Scotland. It reached number six on the iTunes pop chart and number 15 on the main iTunes download chart, while also entering the Official Charts Company’s UK download and singles charts. The track has since featured on The Kardashians on Disney+ and Hulu, as well as ITV’s Love Island.

“Big Love”, co-written with Jim Duguid and producer Lewis Gardiner, was selected as the official anthem for Scottish Women’s Football during the 2022/23 league season.

The Eves released their four-track EP Both Sides in November 2024. Co-written and produced by Dan Gautreau, the recording features drummer Ash Soan and Grammy-nominated string composer Dylan Love. It was reissued on vinyl in November 2025 with the bonus track “The Silence”.

Marissa and Caroline are seasoned live performers who have opened for major artists including Belinda Carlisle, Sister Sledge and The Shires. They have toured extensively with Skerryvore and Horse and have also opened for Heartland 27 Saturday night headliner Callum Beattie.

Other highlights include performing at BT Murrayfield ahead of Scotland versus Wales in the Guinness Six Nations, recording a live session for BBC Scotland’s The Quay Sessions and appearing on several BBC Scotland and STV programmes.

Both are also number-one artists in their own right. Caroline reached the top of the Official Vinyl Singles Chart with her self-released EP Electric Waterfalls, while multi-instrumentalist and composer Marissa reached number one on the iTunes Classical Music chart with her piano composition “River and Reign”.

We’re delighted to welcome The Eves back to Perthshire and look forward to seeing them on the Heartland Main Stage on Sunday 27 June 2027.
