On behalf of the Heartland Festival team, we would like to say a huge thank you to everyone who has posted such lovely comments over the last few days regarding the launch of our camping partnership and also the provision of shuttle buses getting you to and from the festival.

For Heartland Festival 2024, we were aware that many people were left frustrated by the lack of transport options available, which was entirely outside of our control.

For 2025, we have done everything possible to alleviate these stresses for you by providing shuttle buses covering two routes at various times across the weekend.

As you may have seen in the last 72 hours, many buses are fully booked. We are receiving many requests on social media asking if we are providing additional buses to satisfy this demand. We have met internally to look at the logistics of doing so and will review this in the coming weeks. If this option is viable, we will announce it across all of our channels. Communication is key, and as soon as we know more, we will release this information to you.

For those looking to camp nearby and travel into Pitlochry by car, don’t forget we have a large car park on-site priced fairly at just £10 for the day or £15 for the whole weekend. You can book your parking space here.
