Fancy camping without having to bring the tent? We’re delighted to announce another new accommodation option for 2027. In partnership with Yippee Tents, you can now book a pre-pitched tent and have it waiting for you when you arrive.

There are two options available:

• 3m Basic Mini Bell Tent – up to 2 people
  Perfect for couples or friends looking for a simple camping option without having to bring and pitch their own tent.
• 8 Person Polyester Tent – up to 8 people
  Coming to Heartland with friends or family? This is a great way to stay together and share the cost between you.

Both options will be set up and ready for you in our general camping area. Just turn up with your sleeping bags and get settled in!

Want a little more comfort?
Air-beds can also be added at an additional cost.

And remember, you can arrive on Thursday evening and stay for up to four nights, leaving on Monday. That means you can get settled before the festival begins and enjoy the full Heartland weekend.

Each pre-pitched tent booking includes one parking space, with additional parking spaces available to purchase separately through our website.

Bookings and sales for the pre-pitched tents are being managed directly by our accommodation partner, Yippee Tents.

Please remember that festival tickets are not included with your pre-pitched tent and will need to be purchased separately.
