With just days to go until Heartland Festival 2026, we would like to provide festivalgoers with an important update regarding entry times and stage times.

Following a review by the Heartland Festival team, we have decided to remove the previously advertised 6pm last entry time across all three days of the festival. Festivalgoers are now welcome to arrive after 6pm if they wish. Please note that, later in the evening, there will be fewer volunteers operating the entrance gates, so queue times may be longer.

The revised key times are:

Friday 26 June

* Gates open: 3.30pm
* First artist: 4.30pm
* Event closes: 10pm

Saturday 27 June & Sunday 28 June

* Gates open: 11am
* First artist on the Scottish Citylink Discovery Stage: 12.30pm
* Event closes: 10pm

We are also pleased to confirm that stage times for both stages across all three days have now been released on our social media and are available to view online.

If you are travelling to Heartland Festival, please allow extra time for your journey due to ongoing A9 dualling works, roadworks and speed restrictions in the area. We also encourage festivalgoers to make use of our Park & Ride service in Ballinluig.
