Bio (continued)
In 2023, Joe made his debut at Belladrum Tartan Heart Festival, only to return in 2024 to the Garden Stage, captivating thousands as they sang his track “Tears” back to him in an emotional, career-defining moment. He’s also played to sold-out crowds at King Tut’s, SWG3 Poetry Club, and Audio, and brought his high-octane performances to the main stages of Edgefest, Doune the Rabbit Hole, Youth Beatz, and Iona Fest. His set at Perth Concert Hall saw some of the 1,600 attending young fans experiencing their first-ever live concert, resulting in a queue outside the stage door for photos, autographs, and heartfelt conversations.
Joe’s dedication to connecting with his audience doesn’t stop at the stage. With nearly 30,000 TikTok likes and 3,000 Instagram followers, he fosters a genuine and engaged online community, bolstered by weekly livestreams that give fans an intimate look into his journey. This growing army of supporters has helped cement his reputation as a can’t-miss live act, with nearly 80% of the festivals he played in 2023 already securing his return for 2024.
The accolades speak for themselves: two BBC Radio Scotland Singles of the Week, a BBC TV acoustic session from Belladrum still available on iPlayer, and praise from Clyde 1 Radio, which hailed him as “The Next Callum Beattie.” He’s supported McFly, October Drift, Nati Dredd and is frequently championed by Amazing Radio’s Jim Gellatly. His collaborations include working with Ross Leighton of Fatherson on the fan-favourite track “This Town,” a testament to his growing reputation as a songwriter’s songwriter.
Joe Goodall’s live shows aren’t just gigs—they’re experiences. His passion and infectious energy are just a small part of what makes his shows and his personality so attractive to people of all ages. For promoters and festival organizers seeking an artist who leaves everything on stage and audiences wanting more, Joe Goodall is the perfect addition to any lineup.
