Accessible Requirements

PLEASE NOTE: Your Carer / Companion ticket and/or Accessible Viewing Area ticket will not be sent to you until validated by a member of the team upon receipt of this form.

Before completing this application form, please ensure that you have purchased your tickets, as you will need your booking reference number to complete your application.

TIP: Please ensure you have all necessary documents ready for submission, as this form cannot be saved during the uploading process and forms without documents attached will not be actioned.

Once you have submitted the below form, a member of the team will process your application and, if approved, your ticket will be sent through via our ticketing platform. Please ensure you check your junk/spam folder.

Blue Badge Parking

If you require Blue Badge parking on the day, you will still need to purchase a parking ticket through our ticketing platform. Please show this to the attendant on the day and have your Blue Badge on display at all times.

Carer/Companion tickets

You will need your booking reference number to complete your application. (If you require a Carer/Companion, please do not purchase a ticket for your carer/companion as the ticket will be provided for free, and tickets purchased cannot be refunded after application.)

Accessible Viewing Area Tickets

We have a designated accessible viewing area, which is an all seated space reserved exclusively for festival goers with approved access requirements and their validated carer/companion. Access to this area is strictly limited to the festival goer and one carer/companion. Capacity is restricted, and once all spaces have been allocated, tickets will be marked as sold out on our ticketing page.
