I have bought a ticket for the weekend but can now no longer attend. Can I get a refund?
There are no refunds under any circumstance. Our suggestion would be for you to find someone who is interested in going to the festival to have your ticket. If there is a change of name on the ticket, please contact us here through the website to advise of the change.
