Carer/Companion & Accessible Viewing Area Application Requirements

In order for us to proceed with your application please complete the form below. Please upload the required supporting documents below. Your eligibility for a Carer/Companion Ticket and/or space in the Accessible Viewing Area cannot be confirmed until your documents have been received and validated.

Please note:

  • Only the festival goer and one approved carer/companion are eligible to use the Accessible Viewing Area.
  • Capacity is limited. Once all spaces are allocated, no further Accessible Viewing Area tickets will be available.
  • Recent injuries and pregnancy do not qualify for access to the Accessible Viewing Area.
  • Documentation must be submitted within 7 days of receiving our confirmation email.
  • If documents are not received within this timeframe, any Carer/Companion ticket and/or Accessible Ticket will be void, and access to the festival for the carer/companion and/or access to the accessible viewing area will be refused.
